• Process purchase requests by creating and releasing purchase orders to suppliers
• Manage purchase orders, including tracking and expediting to ensure a cost-efficient supply of materials in accordance with demand 
• Ensure items are delivered on time and expedite where necessary
• Communicate with suppliers concerning order-related items, such as delivery dates, and escalate risks to relevant stakeholders
• Monitor supplier delivery and quality performance, escalate findings to relevant stakeholders, and address performance issues with suppliers as necessary
• Maintain and update supplier master data to ensure the database is accurate and up-to-date
• Negotiate prices and payment terms for low-threshold transactions
• Demonstrate strong customer focus by handling requests in a timely manner with high-quality standards
• Communicate efficiently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Actively seek process optimization and improvement opportunities in relevant areas (e.g., MoQ optimization, bundling of purchase orders, etc.)

• Solid background in procurement, engineering, and/or operations, manufacturing functions
• A minimum of an apprenticeship degree in technical or other education
• Digital Skills: Digitalization in daily work and the innovative approach to digitalize and automate processes
• Functional Procurement Skills: Critical to create value, execute, and deliver on strategy in value chain area
• Proficiency in English
• Intercultural mindset and adapting to country-specific particularities
• Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
