A Snapshot of Your Day
- Supporting IT-tool development and IT-tool improvement of Generation Solution tool landscape (requirement specifications) according to given requirements and structures
- Coordinating and continuous interaction with IT-development teams to achieve the requested results in agile development environment
- Supporting test/review of the final product regarding useability and user acceptability.
- Preparation of training documents; administration of the related Intranet representation.
- Administration for existing tools (incl. user support) ; support of organization units in Generation Solutions regarding tool related questions; collection of users feedback and analysis assistance.
- Providing business level 1 support. Identifies IT operational issues and seeks solutions without affecting the end user.
- Collaboration with Team of Service Providers
- Keep in touch with partners and service providers accordingly, to solve problems or cooperate with higher / central functional level if necessary.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- IT related university degree, such as Computer Science, Informatics, or similar equivalent education
- Experience required: early professional or experienced professional
- Good command of English language (> B2+). German is an advantage.
- Applying agile /l ean methods, e.g., retrospectives, visual management, and daily stand-up meetings, to increase execution speed, optimize outputs to actual requirements and quickly adapt to changes to cope with the challenges a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous business environment
- Apply methods to plan, execute and control projects conducted in an agile mode, i.e., to progress in time-boxed, self-contained increments / sprints. Generating and managing backlogs, implementation as well as conducting reviews and retrospectives to adapt procedures. Typical examples of agile approaches are Scrum, Xtreme Programming etc.
- Position will be in Wroclaw, but will interact with software development teams, handle users and applications worldwide e.g., Germany, Austria, India and United States, therefore it might include occasionally the need to work during different time zones to accommodate for updates/emergency situations
