A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Business Manager you will have a clear focus on business innovation and creativity to create Technology partnerships & eco-systems within our Gas Services division, where gas turbine and steam turbine products, plant controls, generators, heat pumps, energy storage, could be used. You and your group will work closely and serve as a link between the product team within the division, other divisions, and corporate innovation.

This role will report to the Head of Business Model & Partner Management, New Technologies and will be based in Finspång, Sweden.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop & implement new partnering strategies for selected topics to secure lighthouse topics
• Capture and explore new business models applicable for Gas Services related products
• Support central coordination and ownership of new and existing external Technology partnerships across different products.
• Lead business assessment of assigned New Technology solutions, including providing recommendations to leadership team.
• Support the team in leading and application of the external funding opportunities in collaboration with external partners and corporate innovation.
• Support central coordination of University Technology engagement for Gas Services.
• Support Sustainability initiatives for the Gas Services

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience working in global multi-cultural technology teams with a demonstrated record of business innovation, successful R&D into the new and service products and technologies.
• Very good communication skills and ability to operate in a matrix global organization.
• Educational background in Engineering or Business Management.
• Availability to travel up to 25%.

About the Team

You will join a small and dedicated team of experienced professionals. The mission of the group is to coordinate and develop new & existing Technology partnerships in the field of technologies within the Gas Services portfolio such as: hydrogen and CCUS.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
