A Snapshot of Your Day
As Factory Business Controller you´ll be responsible to control and coordinate several topics in connection with the commercial and financial topics like but not limited: preparation of Budget and Forecast of the financial KPIs (Order Intake, Revenue, Profit & Free Cash Flow), control the budget for the different areas of the Factory, ensure clean books and records, identify areas of opportunity in the different processes in the factory looking for the optimization of the profitability of the DT Business. You will be a key player to support directly to the Factory CFO to make a successful Execution Unit.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Forecasting, controlling, monitoring, analyzing and reporting of Factory Budget,
- forecast and Actual figures.
- Analysis and explanation of deviation between Actuals and Forecast.
- Monitoring and Controlling of Cost Centers by Areas.
- Controlling of Factory investments (CAPEX) according to Budget.
- Preparation of Factory Regulative for product costing by production line.
- Monitoring plant utilization (absorption), review Factory Loading according to level of hours planned, deep understanding and monitoring of Regulative premises, cost center administration, projects KPIs to ensure correctness of figures of hours planned.
- Be a solid and trustful direct report to Factory CFO.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in accounting / finance / business administration or similar.
- Professional experience in Controlling and/or accounting
- Knowledge in Factory processes (Factory utilization, absorption, product costing, etc.)
- Advanced English.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge in SAP Financial modules (Preferable)
