Support finance digitalization solutions to secure sustainable quality, efficiency, and performance together with the entire FIN organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support and implement TI’s digital roadmap.
• By supporting our teams in implementing state-of-the-art technology, you will help create user-centric solutions to enable our joint digital transformation journey.
• Build and maintain close and effective working relationships with the business community, understanding their informational and operational needs.
• Translate business requirements within the finance area into sustainable digital finance solutions.
• Provide reporting and updates on project status, budget impacts, and status of objectives to management and business divisions as necessary.
• Act as a role model for the digital finance transformation.
• Participate in financial analysis, reporting, and data extraction and collection:
• Participate in RDA (robotic desktop automation), robot implementation / virtual machines.
• Improve, automating, standardizing financial processes and project work for finance organization.
• Consultancy: choosing the correct tools correlated with predictive, prescriptive, and time series analysis.
• Implement data modeling.

What You Bring

• Expert knowledge in finance processes. proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on finance, accounting, improvement in execution, or project-related roles.
• Experienced with tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, SAC, UiPath, Tableau (Desktop and Server), Excel Macros, or BI Tools.
• Knowledge of SAP (FI, CO, or MM Modules) or similar ERPs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Informatics Systems & Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Both team and result-oriented, empathetic, respectful, and tolerant attitude as both sender and receiver of various complex information.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Availability to travel in the country and abroad.
