A Snapshot of Your Day

A typical day in this role involves coordinating with internal and external partners to review commercial contracts and align on key terms. The position is responsible for preparing and consolidating contractual inputs, such as price escalation formula exhibits, and other commercial annexes, to ensure accurate integration into purchase orders and agreements. The role also generates and distributes analytical reports for Controlling, supporting financial transparency and compliance. Additionally, it collaborates closely with offer management to validate proposal details and review commercial conditions in quotations in line with company standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in commercial, administrative, or legal areas.
• Commercial contractual review and negotiation skills
• Financial Analysis and reporting skills
• Cross-Functional collaboration
• Attention to detail and document accuracy
