A Snapshot of Your Day

Our Richland MS facility needs an additional Billing Clerk to support multiple product lines. This role will track shipments to ensure contract terms have been met and invoices can be generated and sent to the customer. In addition, this role will manage breakthrough billings and customer credit memos! They will connect with the credit and collections department on payment topics and other departments as the need arises. Other tasks to support this role may be assigned!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensuring accurate invoices are processed to support revenue recognition.
• Review of shipping documents to support revenue recognition.
• Implementing process for Milestone Billings.
• Team interaction across multiple departments.

What You Bring

• 2+ Years of Billing experience, manufacturing facility experience preferred
• HS Diploma or equivalent experience required
• Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
• Must be detail oriented, self-starting, goal oriented, and organized
• SAP experience
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
