Snapshot of Your Day: As Agile Product Delivery Lead within the Scalable Core team, you act as the technical leader for the Developer Portal and related platform capabilities. You drive the design, evolution, and delivery of core solutions, ensuring architectural coherence, engineering quality, and predictable execution. In this role, you combine strong software engineering expertise with delivery leadership, translating architectural direction into actionable plans while remaining close to implementation. You collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholde rs to align technical decisions, priorities, and execution. Your work ensures that the Developer Portal evolves as a scalable, reliable, and strategically aligned platform capability within Siemens Energy’s Software Factory landscape. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Own and drive the technical direction and architectural evolution of the Developer Portal and related platform capabilities.
• Translate architectural concepts and strategic objectives into actionable plans, tasks, and structured execution for the development team.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design decisions, implementation approaches, and trade - offs align with overall platform objectives.
• Maintain delivery clarity by defining priorities, sequencing work, and ensuring sustainable, predictable execution. 
• Contribute hands - on to selected technical topics, designs, or implementations where deep expertise and acceleration are required. 
• Foster effective agile ways of working that support transparency, focus, and continuous improvement without overburdening teams with process. 

What You Bring 

• Strong experience operating in roles that bridge product ownership, agile delivery, and technical collaboration.
• Extensive software engineering experience, ideally with a background in full stack development and modern platform architectures. 
• Strong ability to reason about system design, scalability, and architectural trade - offs. 
• Proven experience guiding development teams, translating technical direction into structured, executable plans. 
• Ability to balance hands - on technical involvement with leadership, coordination, and decision - making responsibilities. 
• Solid understanding of agile delivery models and collaborative engineering practices. 
• Clear, structured communicator capable of aligning technical and non - technical stakeholders.

The Scalable Core team drives the foundational technologies and developer platforms that empower scalable and intelligent energy management solutions across Siemens Energy. We build reusable backend services, AI/ML platforms, and lifecycle tools to support cloud, on - prem, and edge deployments. Our mission is to enable teams to deliver intelligent solutions faster and with higher quality – through automation, developer experience, and scalable software foundations.
