A Snapshot of Your Day
The Agile Integration and Continuous Improvement consultant (LACE) is responsible for driving enterprise-wide Agile adoption, improving delivery effectiveness, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across teams, programmes, and portfolios. This role is part of a small Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence, aligning ways of working, governance, tooling, and coaching to enable business agility, stronger cross-functional collaboration, and measurable value delivery.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Evolve part of the Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) to support the organisation’s Agile transformation and business agility goals
- Continuously suggest and coach improvements to Agile operating models, delivery frameworks, and governance practices across teams and value streams
- Drive integration of Agile, Lean, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices to improve flow, quality, predictability, and customer value
- Establish and manage a transformation backlog, prioritising initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness and delivery maturity
- Coach leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and teams on Agile principles, scaling practices, and continuous improvement techniques
- Facilitate communities of practice, learning events, retrospectives, and inspect-and-adapt activities to strengthen capability across the organisation
- Use metrics and feedback loops to identify improvement opportunities and track the impact of transformation initiatives
- Support the launch, stabilisation, and optimisation of Agile Release Trains, value streams, or equivalent delivery structures where applicable
- Promote a culture of experimentation, transparency, accountability, and relentless improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, SAFe, DevOps, and value stream optimisation principles
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change across multiple teams, functions, and leadership levels. Demonstrated ability to work across business and technology functions to remove barriers and improve outcomes
- Experience designing and embedding governance, metrics, and improvement frameworks that balance agility with control
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience with transformation roadmaps, and scaling delivery practices is highly desirable
- SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification required
