A Snapshot of Your Day

In your role as Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst, you will support the Function Lead in daily operations, managing KPIs, internal controls, and process activities. You will oversee collections of outstanding receivables, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and end-to-end reporting. Working closely with analysts, customers, and other departments, you will ensure timely payments and resolve issues. Your tasks include clarifying accounting matters, analyzing errors, initiating corrections, and driving process improvements with team support. You will own daily AR transactions and month-end closings, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and quality standards. Collaboration with stakeholders, sharing best practices, and proactively suggesting improvements are essential to success in this role.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Daily AR Operations: Manage accounts receivable activities including account reconciliations (Customers & GL), doubtful receivables provisions, and handling legal proceedings.
• Financial Closings: Ensure stability in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, supporting the AR team as a domain specialist.
• Data Analysis: Extract, compile, and analyze process-related data from multiple sources, reporting results effectively.
• Internal Controls & Audits: Oversee AR internal controls and participate in internal/external audits, providing accurate and timely information.
• Documentation & Projects: Maintain and update DTPs, contribute to finance transformation, M&A, and ERP migration projects.
• Process Improvement & Collaboration: Drive workflow standardization and automation while building strong partnerships with stakeholders across the company.

What You Bring 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable Operations; project collection experience is a plus.
• Knowledge: AR processes, accounting, IFRS, local GAAP, and strong understanding of SAP business processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Language: Bilingual in English (oral and written communication required).
• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for knowledge transfer, training, or workshops as needed.

You will be coordinated operationally by the Team Lead Accounts Receivable, and further be reporting to the Accounting Service Center Accounts Receivable Function Lead being part of both the local finance community as well as an international network of accounting experts.
