Imagine joining our Gas Services Engineering Team in Portugal as an AI/LLM Full-Stack Engineer, where you’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation. Your day will be a blend of strategic planning and hands-on development, as you engage with stakeholders to identify new digital use cases, lead sprints to enhance RAG pipelines, and mentor junior developers on API integrations. You’ll also tackle support tickets, all while driving the digitalization of manual processes, ensuring that our operations are as efficient and innovative as possible.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design and deploy full-stack applications with React/HTML front-ends and Python/FastAPI back-end services, integrating AI models seamlessly.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs to embed AI models into existing platforms, ensuring robust integration.
• Implement automated testing and deployment pipelines, adhering to ISO27001 and cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with team members, offering technical guidance to meet project standards and timelines.
• Identify opportunities for LLM-based applications and develop prototypes using LangChain, MCP, and RAG pipelines in cloud environments.
• Support deployed AI applications, optimize performance, and ensure comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer for long-term maintainability.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering.
• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML and LLM application development.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with LangChain or equivalent LLM frameworks.
• Proven experience with REST APIs and integrating AI services into enterprise platforms.
• Production deployment experience on AWS and/or Azure, with familiarity in DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks, particularly React.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and present technical recommendations to non-technical audiences.
