Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will support the STG Business Controlling team in monitoring performance and driving transparency across the organization. Your day will include preparing and validating efficiency reports, ensuring data compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain high data quality. You will also help identify digitalization opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and management insights.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Prepare reports from internal systems to monitor efficiency and business performanc
  • Verify data accuracy within systems and ensure compliance with established standards
  • Identify digitalization potential in reporting and controlling processes and drive implementation initiatives
  • Maintain close communication with responsible stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely submissions
  • Support the preparation of management reporting and performance analyses
  • Contribute to process improvements focused on productivity, transparency, and data reliability

What You Bring

  • Current student or recent graduate in management, economics, data analysis, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office; practical experience with digital tools such as Power BI or Alteryx is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured working style
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in an international environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Interest in productivity and performance topics, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic setting
