A Snapshot of your Day

As a Working Student with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, you will play a vital role in supporting the Offshore Sales team. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with team members on various strategic projects, conducting stakeholder interviews, and documenting findings. You will assist in preparing presentations and facilitating workshops, ensuring that the team has the necessary insights to drive sales initiatives. Additionally, you will support the Sales strategic planning team by tracking demand development, maintaining portfolio transparency, and improving sales processes and IT tools. This role offers you the opportunity to develop your project management skills while gaining practical experience in a dynamic and innovative environment focused on renewable energy solutions.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Support the team in various strategic projects through stakeholder interviews, documentation of findings, preparation of presentations, and workshop facilitation
• Support the Sales strategic planning team in various demand and capacity-related responsibilities, tasks, presentations, and meetings
• Track and report the demand development versus targets and capacities to ensure portfolio transparency at all times
• Align and ensure status, progress, and outlook with relevant Sales projects in line with the demand plans.
• Provide project-specific load plans and scenarios to Sales projects
• Frequently follow up on maintaining, updating, and improving Sales processes, presentations, and IT tools (e.g., Salesforce, Polarion/DRIM, SharePoint, PowerBI)

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a technical or business administration field of study and availability for one year
• A valid “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung” (certificate of enrolment) from your university 
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, both orally and in writing; German skills are an advantage 
• A team player with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and intercultural awareness
• Interest in cross-functional work and a passion for renewable energy
