How to contribute to our vision

This is a temporary, entry-level Trainee position within the Power Transformers Guanajuato manufacturing unit, created to support the onboarding activities for a significant plant expansion project (STM 300). To meet this objective, the role will focus on two core areas: learning and assisting with fundamental manufacturing processes within a designated production cell ('Celda 3'), and actively participating in the onboarding and training programs related to the expansion. Given the focus on learning and operational support, the ideal candidate will be a current student or recent graduate in a relevant engineering field. Key requirements include a strong aptitude for learning, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting production and training initiatives.

What You Need To Make a Difference

  • 50% Manufacturing Process Support & Learning
    • Assist senior technicians and engineers in the assembly and production processes within Manufacturing Cell 3.
    • Learn to interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards for power transformer manufacturing.
    • Perform basic operational tasks under supervision, such as material handling, tool preparation, and process monitoring.
    • Support the documentation of production activities and report any process deviations to the team leader.
  • 50% Project Onboarding & Training Participation
    • Actively participate in all training sessions related to the STM 300 expansion project.
    • Assist in the preparation of training materials and the setup of onboarding activities for new personnel.
    • Support the implementation of new processes and equipment as part of the expansion project.
    • Gather and provide feedback on training effectiveness and onboarding processes to support continuous improvement.
