关于职务
A Snapshot of Your Day
Step into a role where you connect sales and execution for low-voltage cable systems in offshore wind, power-to-X, and transmission projects. Your day includes aligning bids and plans with project managers, engineers, and suppliers, translating customer needs into robust technical solutions. You’ll manage interfaces with substation systems, review key calculations, and guide installation methods from routing to final testing. Expect close collaboration across regions, occasional site visits, and hands-on leadership that drives ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement from concept to warranty handover.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and develop the low‑voltage cable systems scope from sales support through execution, meeting technical, schedule, and budget goals.
- Take the lead as the specialist within the LV Cable scope and drive the development of process and best practice.
- Shape winning proposals by coordinating with sales, suppliers, and customers; translating requirements into clear solutions and deliverables
- Create and manage technical specifications, tools, functional descriptions, manuals, and documentation governance
- Partner with Procurement to evaluate and onboard suppliers; set quality expectations and monitor performance
- Work closely with project managers and specialist leads (e.g., protection, networks, SCADA, Aux. power supply) to manage interfaces and risks
- Drive execution quality, including reviews of supplier deliverables, compliance with employer requirements, and readiness for site activities
What You Bring
- Degree in electrical engineering or similar, combining strong theoretical foundation with practical, site-based know-how
- Deep knowledge of low-voltage cable systems and their integration in substations, covering calculations, norms and standards, routing installation methods, final testing, and full documentation flow
- Strong understanding of Danish regulations within the LV cable scope.
- Strong understanding of interfaces between low-voltage cable systems and other substation systems, including electromagnetic compatibility across zones
- Fluent in Danish and English.
- Experience with site inspections and assessments, progress reporting, and quality documentation for executed work
- Proficiency in voltage drop calculations and installation standards, with ability to guide installation teams on electromagnetic compatibility practices
- Project- and customer-oriented mindset with clear, confident communication and curiosity for modern engineering tools to continuously improve cable management methods across a portfolio of projects
- Flexibility to travel internationally when required
