How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage the human and material resources of the responsible area.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards; achieve compliance with equipment delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the proper use and operation of the machines and devices used in the process, following an ongoing staff training program.
• Ensure the safety and integrity of staff in the work areas.
• Ensure compliance with the established indicators for the area through periodic monitoring: compliance with the production plan, overtime, time notification, inventory, maintenance, among others.
• Responsibility for complying with and/or enforcing the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current Integrated Management System (EHS, Quality). – Mandatory for all positions in Mexico

What You Bring 

• University degree: Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Professional Experience: 1 year of experience in an industrial manufacturing and assembly process environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings, knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and industrial equipment, SAP management, knowledge of lean processes and manufacturing, etc.
• Language: Intermediate English.
• Skills/Competencies: Assertive communication, creativity and innovation, risk management, emotional intelligence, etc.
• Managing work teams

About the Team

The selected person will work jointly with the Company's Factory Management, commercial and technical teams and other support areas of the Company.
