We are looking for a Specialist Business Administration with significant experience who support business administration in tender preparation including contract preparation and coordination.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Placement of purchase orders in the SAP system in regard with business activities and indirect materials and follow-up control of the processed orders
• Monitoring and controlling of new orders, sales, margin, and profit in the SAP system.
• Support in tender preparation including contract preparation and coordination.
• Invoicing in compliance with internal rules and Bulgarian legislation and organization and supervision of timely and accurate transmission and receipt of these documents to customers.
• Support business administration colleagues with control of expense reports and tendering process

What You Bring

• University degree in Business Administration and Economics
• Previous experience with SAP is a must.
• At least 3 years of experience within procurement, order management, business administration
• Very good English language skills.
