Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. Working as a Project Lead Engineer offers a dynamic and rewarding experience, where you are at the forefront of driving and delivering gas turbine projects. You collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that technical solutions align with client requirements and industry standards. This role provides opportunities to develop leadership skills, solve real-world challenges, and make a tangible impact on the success of each project. How You’ll Make an Impact As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact. Lead the electrical engineering team within the delivery project organization. Be the technical interface to the customer and work closely with the project manager. You will have approximately 20 travelling days per year. Work strategic and efficient against project milestones and deadlines in the project work. Being a team player with focus on cooperation with our in-company interfaces What You Bring You are an engineer with experience within electrical and/or controls Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome A master's or doctoral degree in electrical engineering Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel. Gas Services Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
