关于职务
It is embedded within an organization committed to delivering best-in-class service to clients operating Siemens Energy’s Omnivise T3000 distributed control systems, as well as excitation and protection systems. The position demands a high level of accountability and the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects involving both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Strong technical acumen is required to accurately assess customer needs and deliver timely, preliminary guidance on potential solutions. Additionally, the role calls for a high degree of professionalism and the capacity to maintain constructive, solution-oriented communication, even in complex or high-pressure client situations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage multi-year maintenance contracts for plant control systems using Omnivise T3000.
- Lead the execution of service projects involving control systems, digital solutions, excitation systems, and generator protection.
- Plan resources and timelines for scheduled maintenance outages, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Provide commercial support through project closure and invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical execution, and proposals) to ensure seamless project delivery and identify business opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with Siemens Energy standards and client-specific maintenance procedures.
- Degree in control, electrical, or electronic engineering, or equivalent experience in the field
- 6 years of experience with distributed control systems such as DCS Omnivise T3000, SPPA-T2000, PCS7, Ovation, or similar
- Experience in handling terms and conditions, cost management, invoicing, and project closure
- Experience in maintenance of turbines, generators, transformers, protection systems, and auxiliary systems
- General knowledge of power generation plants
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong teamwork values
- Proven experience in managing personnel and interdisciplinary work teams
- Results-oriented attitude, conflict management, and customer satisfaction focus
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills
- Proficient in Windows, Office, Maintenance Management Software (SAP or similar), MS Project or equivalent
- Project certification (PMI, IPMA, PM@Siemens or equivalent) – small project level
- Advanced spoken and written English communication skills
- Position requires 40% travel both nationally and internationally
