A Snapshot of Your Day
As a software developer on our team, you will design and implement PC-based tools for our converter control platform, supporting the energy transition. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from clarifying requirements to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain PC-based tool software for our converter control platform.
- Take joint responsibility for the entire software lifecycle: requirements analysis, architecture, implementation, documentation, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Lead daily standup meetings and report team status to the line manager.
- Analyze and resolve critical errors and provide technical support for customer inquiries.
What you bring
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Extensive professional experience (5+ years) and proficiency in modern C++ standards (C++17/20)
- Advanced knowledge of databases, XML, and client/server architectures
- Experience with Visual Studio 2019/2022, as well as tools for source code management and build automation (e.g., Git, CMake).
- Experience with Windows and Linux
- Experience with Qt 5 and 6
- Experience with static code analysis tools is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Motivation to actively contribute to the energy transition.
