How You’ll Make an Impact

-Partner with colleagues and regional teams to develop and execute strategies for distributed energy service sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.

-Define and implement bid/win strategies tailored to distributed energy and service opportunities.

-Identify and propose the most suitable solutions for customers based on their unique needs and business goals.

-Lead bid preparation and negotiation processes alongside regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.

-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the distributed energy sector, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

-Monitor and analyze market trends, customer requirements, and industry developments to inform service offerings and strategic decision-making.

-Meet and exceed sales targets, driving growth in distributed energy services while contributing to Siemens Energy’s broader mission of sustainability and innovation.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a strong advantage.

-Above 5 years of relevant working experience with the energy industry, gas turbine knowledge is preferred

-Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.

-Experience working in multinational companies with demonstrated ability to navigate cross-cultural environments and manage multi-reporting lines.

-Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for building relationships, managing social networks, and fostering teamwork.

-A deep understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices, coupled with a commitment to quality standards.

-Passion for distributed energy systems and a drive to deliver innovative service solutions that enhance customer success and sustainability.

About the Team

The Gas Services wing presents eco-conscious power generation solutions via maintenance and decarbonization initiatives. We centralize gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators, enabling the production of zero or low-emission power. Our service options, upgrades, and digital advancements offer pathways to decarbonization.
