A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Sales Manager for Gas Turbines, you will be responsible for driving the sales and business development activities for our Gas Services products in Taiwan. You will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of gas turbine technology, strong sales acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential customers.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
• Lead the sales efforts for gas turbine products in Taiwan, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the industrial and power generation sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure that customer needs are effectively communicated and addressed in the sales process.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 7 years in technical sales, with a focus on gas turbines, industrial equipment, or related products.
• In-depth knowledge of gas turbine technology, applications, and the power generation industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships at various levels.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to capture new business.
• Fluency in English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We bring together all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof, providing zero or low-emission power generation. We offer decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
