A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Test Technician at Siemens Energy, your day kicks off with a team briefing to outline the testing operations scheduled for the day. You will be directly involved in testing our innovative products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Close collaboration with various departments will be key in resolving any quality issues that may arise, contributing to the seamless operation of our production processes. Working in a top-tier team, you will be part of a culture of collaboration and innovation, supporting Siemens Energy's mission to provide balanced and reliable energy solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Conduct product testing according to detailed test plans and monitor arrangements to ensure product integrity.
- Accurately record test results and maintain comprehensive test documentation to support quality assurance.
- Generate and share test reports promptly to keep all collaborators updated.
- Collaborate with the workshop, technical department, quality department, and process department to tackle production quality challenges.
- Investigate customer quality complaints and provide on-site support or solutions as necessary.
- Implement daily workplace site management and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
What You Bring
- Over 2 years of experience in testing, demonstrating a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A college diploma, with additional training experience considered a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices to uphold our dedication to workplace safety.
- A sense of ownership and responsibility, driving you to take initiative and deliver outstanding results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify issues and implement successful solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team, contributing positively to Siemens Energy’s ambitious goals.
