The role of the QMiP is to act and operatively support the Project Execution team in expediting Quality Assurance, is the Subject Matter Expert and assists in the planning of all key quality activities across the project lifecycle. They are a core member of the project team!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Establishes, drives, and supports the defined quality management system aligned to project specific requirements.
• Providing expertise & guidance pertaining to quality matters within projects with a focus on a customer quality culture.
• Driving & supporting the execution of non-conformance management & CAPA investigations within projects to solution.
• Bring quality leadership within projects by acting as a change agent to drive a continuous improvement culture.
• Providing support for assigned internal/external audits in conjunction with Project Managers & Heads of Projects
• Supporting the Projects Team to achieve the required quality standard. Identifying and providing the level of the Quality Management support required for respective projects.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering or Equivalent.
• 2 + years’ experience in a quality/business improvement/project management are preferred.
• Knowledge of AGT business practices preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills along with proven success of cross-collaboration with multiple teams, and global functions
• Good understanding of Quality Management and/or Project Management principles with proven background.
• Knowledge in Lean and Project Management methodologies. Certifications are beneficial.
• Knowledge of Industrial and/or Aeroderivative turbine driven compressor & generator packages is advantageous.

About the Team

The Project Customer Quality team supports the Project Execution community managing AGT product line in driving project quality and project management capability to enable execution teams to exceed customer satisfaction and project targets across portfolios, PCC’s & Regions.
