A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine stepping into a dynamic role where you support procurement processes with precision and efficiency. As a Procurement Project Management Intern, you’ll dive into maintaining Excel reports, creating procurement requests, and tracking order statuses. You’ll also prepare SAP reports and assist in onboarding external subcontractors. Your day will be filled with crafting presentations, developing process descriptions, and tackling ad hoc administrative tasks for project teams. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Maintain and update data sets in Excel, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Provide administrative support for procurement and supplier contracts.
  • Engage with project teams to clarify missing information through regular phone consultations in a foreign language.
  • Create procurement requests in the system based on predefined requirements.
  • Monitor order statuses and keep stakeholders informed.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, and report creation.
  • Advanced English proficiency for effective communication. Hungarian is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve errors and clarify missing information.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with project teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work at least 24 hours per week with a proactive and quick response approach.
