Join us as a Project Site Engineer, where you will take charge of managing technical aspects on-site related to HV systems, ensuring we meet customer expectations for quality and reliability. You will play a crucial role in delivering projects on time and within budget, all while embodying our values of customer success, innovation, and teamwork. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Define and lead, in accordance with the agreed baseline, the requested tasks to achieve technical project goals on site.
  • Handle the technical and economic aspects of the project with the support of the Project Manager and Project Controller.
  • Enable, if necessary, the level of customer concern appropriate in order to solve critical aspects.
  • Interface all the business involved in the project.
  • Preparation and management of EHS aspects for construction site entrances.

What You Bring

  • 7 years of work experience in a similar role with a specific knowledge of High-Medium Voltage, about Electrical Substations (CEI 11-27).
  • You are proficient in using project management tools to streamline processes.
  • You have a strong command of written and spoken English and Italian.
  • You excel at connecting with team members, customers, clients, and suppliers effectively.
  • You are skilled in negotiation, ensuring project objectives align with customer expectations while resolving conflicts. You are adaptable to various plants and site environments, demonstrating empathy and interpersonal skills to lead diverse personalities.
  • Willingness to travel for business in Italy (80%) and abroad as needed.
