A Snapshot of Your Day
The Project Planner will be responsible for maintaining, aligning and communicating the Rollout-Plan for the GS S4Hana implementation. You collaborate with the Corporate PMO, our external implementation partner and various Project Managers that deliver the S/4HANA platform in Countries for GS. Your role involves ensuring the successful implementation of S4E Template processes and migration from legacy systems in all units and countries within the GS Business Area. You are part of the GS PMO, report to the Business Rollout manager and assist in coordinating the project’s implementation. Various aspects of change management and transformation will provide opportunities to grow.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure effective management of project timelines, resources, risks, and collaborators.
- Integrate knowledge across functional areas beyond core expertise to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead risk analysis and mitigation in close collaboration with business partners.
- Drive project visibility and communication, acting as an ambassador and promoting alignment across the organization.
- Be responsible for and support roll-out activities including data migration, UAT, cut-over, and release in coordination with the Core Data Team.
- Guide data cleansing efforts and ensure effective support during release and hyper care phases.
What You Bring
- Project planning, risk management, scope management, and change management
- Experience in SAP roll-out migration transformation, a solid understanding and experience of SAP systems, including both ECC and S/4HANA
- Excels in effective communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and adaptability
- Proficiency in data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading processes, along with data quality assurance and validation
- Strong test planning, risk management, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring comprehensive testing
- Expertise in cutover planning, minimizing downtime, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation during system transitions

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or
low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
