A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine leading dynamic electrical and controls projects within the power generation sector, where your journey begins at the tender phase and extends through execution until the end of contractual obligations. You will be at the helm of projects that range from six months to several years, managing one or more projects based on their complexity and volume. Collaborate closely with a diverse project/service team, including project managers, engineers, and QHSE managers, both locally in Spain and globally across Siemens Energy entities. Your day will be filled with engaging interactions with tender management, finance, and procurement functions, ensuring seamless project execution and success.



How You’ll Make an Impact

  •  Lead the execution of electrical and controls projects, ensuring operational performance and success.
  •  Monitor and control contractual, commercial, and technical aspects of projects.
  • Engage and lead project teams, leveraging their abilities for contract success.
  • Communicate directly with customers and subcontractors to foster strong relationships.
  • Prepare and present decision-making materials for Steering Committees and Senior Management.



What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, automation, power systems engineering, or similar.
  • Over 5 years of experience in project management of control systems.
  • Extensive experience with construction contracts and commercial understanding.
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office Tools and/or SAP systems.
  • Spanish mother tongue with fluency in Business English; additional languages are a plus.
  • PMP or IPMA certification is advantageous; master's in project management preferred.
