A Snapshot of Your Day:

As a Project Manager in our Gas Services division, you will target driven professionals with a background in mechanical engineering and project management, particularly those passionate about the energy sector. You will oversee meaningful projects that ensure operational stability and uphold customer commitments, directly impacting our team’s success and Siemens Energy’s mission to deliver sustainable energy solutions. How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards from planning to closure.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and resource allocations.
  • Identify and resolve complex obstacles to ensure timely project completion.
  • Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) for onshore projects, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Act as the primary interface for customers, managing relationships and expectations.
  • Prepare and present detailed status reports on project performance to stakeholders.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in the energy/power generation sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management life cycle and risk management.
  • Proficiency in financial and commercial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMA (International Project Management Association), are preferred.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
