Role of a Project Engineer (f/m/d) involves preparing offers, developing technical solutions, and supporting engineers in automation, electrical, and process systems. Additionally, it includes engaging in sales activities and performing various tasks as directed by supervisors and management.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and specifications.
• Develop detailed and competitive offers, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
• Utilize your technical knowledge to provide accurate cost estimates and timelines.
• Design and develop technical solutions that meet project requirements and client expectations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of proposed solutions.
• Continuously innovate and improve existing solutions to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Lead and manage project development from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to engineers working on automation, electrical, and process systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during project execution.
• Ensure that all engineering activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in sales meetings and presentations to showcase technical solutions and capabilities.
• Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

What You Bring 

• Strong foundation in both electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
• Ability to apply this knowledge to develop and implement technical solutions.
• Familiarity with industry standards and technical regulations.
• Ensure all projects and solutions comply with relevant standards and regulations.
• In-depth understanding of the company's products and their applications.
• Ability to leverage product knowledge to develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in various systems used in automation, electrical, and process engineering.
• Ability to integrate and optimize these systems for project success.
• Comprehensive understanding of engineering processes and workflows.
• Ability to streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
