A Snapshot of Your Day 

 

A typical workday as a Project Assistant (f/m/d) for quotations of new installations is characterized by independent and communicative work. This includes independently structuring and prioritizing the activities that arise as well as the day-to-day business. The daily work routine consists of regular exchanges with various specialist departments such as project management and processing as well as engineering, assembly and tools in a regional or international context.

 

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Preparation of project-related offers for new systems, service measures and warranty cases in Germany and abroad.
  • Exchange with specialist departments for the preparation of offers based on tender documents.
  • Check materials, availability and cost prices as part of the preparation of offers.
  • Maintain and update the service catalog, the price list and associated material lists.
  • Support central orders and process requests for quotations and orders.
  • Interface function between purchaser, internal suppliers and commercial project management.


What You Bring
  • A successfully completed university degree or comparable training as well as several years of professional experience in project management.
  • Strong technical understanding and product knowledge in the field of energy generation and tools.
  • Customer and results-oriented thinking as well as a high level of initiative and independent working style.
  • Confident appearance, strong communication and team skills as well as intercultural competence.
  • Business fluency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Confident use of MS Office applications (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, etc.), SAP and Salesforce.
About the Team 

Our Gas Services team offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
