A Snapshot of Your Day 

In your new role, you will interactively support and train Grid Technologies' global transformer factories and regions for Non-Conformity Management with reactive and preventive quality methods, e. g. FMEA, Quality Planning, Risk Assessment and 8D.
In addition, you coach the transformer locations and project partners with the method process-related root cause analyzes using the 5Why/ Failure Tree Analysis/ Ishikawa approach. You take over the systematically coordination on key issues. Managing major issues as project manager in cross functional teams is part of your role.
You will use the experience you have gained to carry out 8Ds and process deep dives in your new job. You will work with the global QM network and business leaders (project management, engineering, purchasing, production, service etc.) at plant and business area level to achieve our quality business goals and establish a Zero Failure Culture.

  • Tracking and verification of the non-conformance KPIs with digital tools and derived sustainable measures, aligned with the factories and partners
  • Development, improvement and implementation of quality processes including requirements for digital applications
What You Bring
  • University of applied sciences or bachelor's degree or several years of comparable experience within a technical area
  • Experience in project management for customers and regions and Transparent, open and honest communication with our business partners
  • Expert for reactive and preventive quality methods e. g. APQP, 8D, FMEA, Risk Management
  • Good data analytic, as well professional visualization and presentation and the Ability to quickly understand complex processes and to structure and optimize
  • Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
  • Very good written and spoken English skills, other languages are an advantage
