A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Manager - Power Generation at Siemens Energy, you will review project timelines daily and ensure tasks are on track for successful implementation. Your work will contribute to customer satisfaction and Siemens Energy's mission of balanced energy solutions, working with an innovative and diverse team to achieve goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact
•Acts as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and driving satisfaction through proactive engagement for assigned contracts
•Handles various external stakeholders, creates communication strategies and aligns approach
•Manages the project throughout the complete project life cycle (scope, cost, quality, schedule) and ensures customer satisfaction
•Coordinates assigned resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.
•Negotiates or contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
•Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives.
•Monitors the budget adherence and may take actions to minimize non-conformance costs.
•Ensures proper documentation of project results, and of all products or technologies delivered.
•Adheres to PM standards defined, and manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff

What You Bring
•5 years of project management experience.
•Experience working in a foreign company is preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Automation, gas turbine/compressor, or equipment/mechanical related fields. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
•Good command of English and Mandarin speaking.
•EHS know-how & knowledge of the law of contracts.
•Project management skills including project planning.
•Business administration skills, including accounting and financial operation.
•Strong communication skills and customer relationship management, including market, competition, strategy, business processes, and decision-makers knowledge.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We provide zero or low-emission power generation, housing all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof. We also offer decarbonization opportunities through our service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
