A Snapshot of Your Day 

As Site Project Manager Offshore Platform your working day starts at a shipyard or offshore construction site. You will plan and organize the daily site activities together with your team. You will be the primary contact for customer, authorities, contractors, partners at construction site. You will align and work closely together with the project management and project team in the back office.

How You’ll Make an Impact  

• Ensure strict compliance with the requirements, regulations and procedures governing occupational environmental health and safety (EHS). Promote and lead the Zero Harm/Tolerance Culture on site for the scope within your responsibility.
• You'll be legally responsible for the project site and all site staff, either in yard or offshore. While also supporting the line management with personnel development on site.
• Responsible for the on-site order implementation, financial results, time schedule and quality results related to the Siemens Energy scope of work.
• Provide regular site progress reporting as well as coordination and controlling of the subject areas corrective measure scenarios, cost evaluated risk mitigation & opportunity schemes, including experience and information feedback (Lessons Learnt).
• Review of concurrent cost accounting, including cost to complete estimation.

What You Bring

• Higher Education Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, such as Electrical Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of onsite experience in a leading position on major construction sites, with knowledge of construction/commissioning processes and methodologies.
• Willingness to work at various shipyard and offshore construction sites.
• In-depth knowledge and competence in EHS policies, practices, regulations, and plans for onsite work on complex construction projects.
• Proven experience in leading multinational teams in a rapidly changing environment, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Advanced English skills; PM Certification (e.g., IPMA) is a plus.
