A Snapshot of Your Day

You will support the local leadership team in shaping and executing the country market strategy, ensuring market transparency, commercial alignment, and a stronger customer and stakeholder focus.You will act as the key interface between the country organization, Business Areas, and the EU Market & Strategy and EU Account Excellence teams, enabling fact-based decisions and identifying growth opportunities. You will also contribute to Governmental Affairs through structured market insights and support the development of a cohesive Marketing & Customer community across the country.

• Tap into new growth areas, with a structured approach investigate and understand market potential. 
• Find new customers and develop new markets for Siemens Energy’s portfolio in Norway.
• Establish close, trust-driven, strategic relationships with customers and governmental to position Siemens Energy in Norway.

What You Bring

• You have direct experience in the gas, chemical, petrochemical, or oil industry, with a strong sales background and senior-level customer engagement.
• You demonstrate solid knowledge of the energy industry and a deep understanding of the European energy landscape, especially decarbonization.
• You are creative, agile, and hands-on, with basic knowledge in process technology and solution business.
• You can define tangible concepts and business cases, considering risks and feasibility, and showcase your competence as a conceptual problem solver.
• You are fluent in both Norwegian and English (written and verbal).

You’ll join a dynamic Nordic team dedicated to Market and Customer care in Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Baltics. The team collaborates closely with Business Areas across Europe, leveraging expertise to find leads and develop new energy solutions. Our mission is to support Siemens Energy’s transformation into an integrated energy and technology leader, with an emphasis on decarbonization and renewables. Together, they build trustful customer relationships, create innovative business models, and continuously improve organizational frameworks.
