A Snapshot of Your Day 

As Lead Product Manager heading our Asset Digitalization team within the SE GT DG GET organization, you kick off your day with a strategic team meeting, discussing the roadmap and setting priorities. Spend your day leading product development, mentoring product managers, and collaborating with cross-functional global teams to innovate and drive digital transformation in asset management. Your leadership will directly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• ·         Develop and evolve the strategic roadmap for our digitalization products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• ·         Lead and mentor a team of product managers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• ·         Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive product success.
• ·         Utilize market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to identify digitalization opportunities.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of asset digitalization, industrial IoT, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
• Proven track record in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and executing plans.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing product lines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
