Works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for technology solutions, and drive collaboration between IT and the rest of the organization.


what You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree and above. Master is a plus.
-Major in computer science or a related field.
-3 to 5 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing.
-Experience in project management.
-Experience in international working environment is a plus.
-System development is a plus.
-Have a good skill on English communication, and German is a plus.
-Cloud management and AI experience is a plus.

How You’ll Make an Impact
-Collaborate with business units to identify IT requirements and deliver effective technical solutions that align IT strategies with organizational goals and priorities
-Manage and monitor project performance and ensure alignment with business expectations through strong communication and engagement skills
-Familiar with Industry 4.0 and the IoT to supporting automated production in workshops
-Maintain optimal performance of servers and network infrastructure
-Ensure IT systems in compliance with information security guidelines and enhance cybersecurity measures to support business objectives.
-Facilitate management and user adoption of new technologies and systems
-Stay informed of emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative IT solutions
