A Snapshot of Your Day
The Head of Sales for Gas Services Distributed Brazil is responsible for the after sales market for the installed fleet of small gas turbines (SGT), medium gas turbines (MGT) and aeroderivative gas turbines (AGT) for the Brazilian market.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• You will lead client relationship, market strategy and fleet management for the Gas Services distributed across Brazil managing a team of client managers and marketing professionals (quotations)
• You will deliver on the main Sales KPIs such as: Order entry, profit, fleet retention (market share) and customer satisfaction
• You will maintain strong communication and coordination with the different factories and execution units for the SGT, MGT and the AGT product lines.
• You will focus on different service lines including spare parts, revamps & overhauls, LTPs, Field services, Mods & Ups etc and strategize plans to grow in each vertical
• The right leadership and mindset is very important for this role. You will work towards achieving high level of motivation and satisfaction in your team by ensuring vertical and horizontal growth opportunities, organizing learning and development programs and promote a healthy & transparent work culture.
• You will conduct market research to stay up-to date with the latest industry trends and evolving customer behavior as well as identify new business growth opportunities and monitor competitors' activities
• You will ensure that the regional and global business strategy is understood and cascaded down and communicated effectively in your organization.
• You will ensure high level of customer satisfaction and engagement thus ensuring a high service backlog which will be critical for business continuity.
What You Bring
• Completed post-secondary education – University/College
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese language is very important.
• proven experience in a sales / business development position.
• Proven track record in leading teams is a plus.
• Understand the Brazilian gas turbine market, established personal relationship with key customers like Petrobras will be a big plus.
• Possess knowledge about the turbomachinery service industry, especially the gas services market
• Passion for learning and developing people.
• Travel ~50% of the time

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
