Join our team as a Financial Project Controller, where you will take charge of the commercial and financial management of assigned projects and offers. Imagine collaborating closely with sales and project managers to drive the successful implementation of projects, ensuring you meet or exceed financial and qualitative KPIs while maximizing customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in influencing decision-making within your areas of responsibility, making a real impact on our projects and the energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Conduct financial and commercial contract analysis for offers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage reporting, controlling, and forecasting of financials for your assigned projects.
• Oversee the commercial implementation of project contracts, including claim and risk management.
• Promote and support a culture of compliance within the business, ensuring internal controls are upheld.
• Handle ad-hoc requests efficiently, demonstrating your proactive approach to challenges.

What You Bring

• A degree in Economics or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Project Controlling and Offer Preparation.
• Proficiency in Italian as your mother tongue and a strong command of English (C1 level).
• Solid knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, international environment.
