In this dynamic role, you will be at the center of financial operations across several LATAM countries, analyzing financial movements and translating them into valuable insights to support business decisions. You will interact with various collaborators to ensure compliance with financial guidelines and processes, contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of our regional operations. Your day will blend analysis, support, and continuous improvement initiatives, all aimed at driving financial excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Analyze financial results and trends to support decision-making across LATAM countries
• Develop and implement financial processes and controls aligned with corporate guidelines
• Support business areas with financial planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring
• Drive automation initiatives to improve data analysis and reporting efficiency
• Identify and propose improvements that balance process robustness with business agility
• Give to cross-functional projects and provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business (required); MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or related roles
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent knowledge of SAP (or equivalent ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills
