A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Electrical System Field Service Engineer at Siemens Energy in Dammam, you will engage directly with clients in the Power Generation, Water, and Oil & Gas sectors, providing critical onsite technical support and expertise. You will work on meaningful projects involving the implementation and troubleshooting of advanced electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving issues with Siemens products and services.
- Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of Siemens equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of products and services.
- Train and support customers on the operation and maintenance of Siemens products and systems.
- Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Siemens Energy electrical systems commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with technical knowledge of power generation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and teams.
- Willingness to travel (75% travel required) and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in supporting sales and planning departments, including preparing tenders and providing technical support.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
