A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Engineering Intern, you’ll immerse yourself in a dynamic environment that values innovation and collaboration. You’ll work on meaningful projects such as updating the GS D fleet/Units database in SFDC and linking control systems to each unit, which are crucial for enhancing operational accuracy and efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact Siemens Energy’s mission by supporting proactive selling opportunities and digital projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Update and maintain the GS D fleet/Units database in SFDC to ensure high accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Link control systems to each unit, enhancing the integration and functionality of our engineering solutions.
- Connect future proactive selling opportunities to the D2D_M&U Campaign, increasing visibility and strategic alignment.
- Support D2D M&U and BEX projects with digital tools, contributing to the creation of a robust database based on available opportunities.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports that effectively communicate project insights and progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve processes, aligning with Siemens Energy’s mission.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree or a fresh graduate in Engineering or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with experience in database management and system integration.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate and present ideas.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to contributing to team success.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
