A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role you'll rotate through Field Service, Engineering, Service Operations, and Digitalization teams, contributing to real projects like outage execution, commissioning support, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly enhance the reliability of the energy infrastructure our customers and partners depend on. Your work will help advance Siemens Energy's mission of driving the energy transition.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Participate in a program spanning Field Service, gaining broad exposure to how the business runs end to end.
- Complete technical, business, and leadership training modules and certifications, building the digital, analytical, and problem-solving skills needed to grow into a future engineering or operations professional.
- Support field assignments including maintenance, outage execution, commissioning, and inspection activities, learning safety standards and technical best practices directly from experienced mentors on-site.
- Collaborate closely with mentors, managers, and cross-functional, multicultural teams to build strong professional relationships
- Own your individual development plan by actively seeking feedback, tracking progress against program milestones, and demonstrating readiness for a permanent professional role upon completion.
What You Bring
- Technical Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or another relevant discipline.
- Fresh graduate status or up to two years of relevant professional experience, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in energy, engineering, or technology.
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with solid data analysis and reporting capabilities to support project and business initiatives.
- Professional working proficiency in English, enabling effective communication across local and international, multicultural teams.
- Strong core competencies include learning agility, adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, integrity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset, with demonstrated leadership potential
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
