A Snapshot of your day
Join us as the leader of the EHS, Quality, and Security (EQS) team for Gas Services in Saudi Arabia, where you'll drive safety, quality, and collaboration across the organization. In this key role, you'll shape and implement strategies to optimize operations, establish safe practices, and align with industry standards and company policies. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll reduce non-conformance costs, enhance safety outcomes, and foster a culture of proactive reporting and operational excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement EQS programs and strategy in alignment with feedback from in-country leadership, regional management, and stakeholders.
- Act as the main customer interface and primary contact for EQS topics within the country.
- Lead EQS campaigns and programs while mentoring and supporting in-country EQS team members.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence within the organization.
- Utilize quality and problem-solving tools to conduct Root Cause Analysis and drive improvements.
- Define, measure, and enhance EHS and Quality critical metrics while fostering continuous innovation and improvement.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in a relevant field (engineering degree is a plus) with at least 5 years in a related industry role.
- Proven experience implementing Quality and EHS management systems; IOSH/NEBOSH certified (Lead Auditor or Lean/Six Sigma certification is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of international standards, industry norms, digital tools, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
- Independent problem solver with strong collaboration, influencing, and communication skills across various media.
- Calm under pressure with a passion for quality, safety, and operational excellence in diverse environments.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
