A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our team in Gdansk as a Document Controller, where your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the smooth management of our documentation processes. Imagine yourself developing and maintaining document control systems, collaborating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Your day will involve managing access requests for sensitive documents, conducting continuous improvements, and providing training to staff on document management systems. You’ll play a crucial role in preparing reports for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the board.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and maintain robust document control procedures and systems.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately filed, tracked, and archived for easy access.
  • Manage access requests, safeguarding sensitive information for authorized personnel only.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure documentation is timely and precise.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and improve document control processes.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in document control or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid communication abilities.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.

About the Team

Join the Heavy Lift department, where we specialize in performing major component exchanges across the entire SGRE offshore fleet of installed wind turbines. As a Service department, we utilize several jack-up vessels to ensure efficient and effective operations. Our team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of service and safety, working collaboratively to support the sustainability and reliability of wind energy. We value precision, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that our operations contribute to the overall success of Siemens Energy.
