Your day involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, defining and monitoring KPIs, driving cost optimization, ensuring compliance, building supplier relationships, overseeing procurement processes, promoting digital tools, managing budgets, developing talent, aligning team priorities with organizational goals, collaborating with other departments, tracking performance metrics, managing risks, leading improvement initiatives, and fostering a high-performing team.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Develop procurement strategies and KPIs aligned with business objectives, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Drive cost optimization, manage supplier relationships, oversee negotiations, and monitor supplier performance.
• Oversee procurement processes, including RFQs, bid evaluations, PO issuance, contract management, and promote the use of digital tools.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering a high-performing and aligned procurement team.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and project teams to align procurement activities with business goals.
• Track and report on KPIs, manage risks and opportunities, lead improvement initiatives, and ensure process compliance.

What You Bring

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; MBA or certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are advantageous.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), e-sourcing platforms, and contract management tools.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, compliance standards, and market dynamics.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, analysis, communication, and stakeholder management, with proven leadership experience in multinational teams.
• Background in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors, with a record of driving cost savings and innovative procurement solutions.
• Passion for transformation, process optimization, and leveraging market trends to develop actionable procurement strategies.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
