A Snapshot of Your Day
The Project Development Manager is a sales role within the SE TI CP New Equipment team, responsible for selling compressor trains to the downstream general ASU market in China, including centrifugal compressors and drivers.

How You’ll Make an Impact
•Develop customers and maintain customer intimacy
•Achieve sales targets in the downstream general ASU market.
•Identify opportunities during the FEED phase and maintain accurate data in CRM tool (Sales Force).
•Prepare budgetary proposals with support from the PDE.
•Organize GNG and BNB meetings as the project reaches different milestones.
•Lead clarification meetings with clients, supported by the functional team.
•Define target pricing, provide accurate sales intelligence, and develop winning strategies.
•Ensure strict compliance with Siemens Energy’s policies throughout the sales process.
•Be familiar with PM@Siemens Energy and the eLOA process.
•Lead final contract negotiations.
•Complete the order entry checklist upon project award.
•Participate in win/loss analysis meetings.

What You Bring
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Turbomachinery.
•Over 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in turbomachinery or the oil & gas industry.
•Experience in large multinational companies is preferred.
•Background in air separation is a plus.
•Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
