A Snapshot of Your
Prepare, review, and provide guidance on all commercial aspects included in the requests for quotations, as well as identify any unfavorable terms and conditions for the factory. Escalate all triggers identified in the requests for quotations and coordinate the bid release process as necessary. Ensure that orders comply with the offered terms and conditions to facilitate effective handovers to the order management team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Responsible for all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition
- Manage all commercial aspects of the bid: contract analysis, cost calculation, business models, financing concepts, currency, hedging, risks and opportunities, bonds, terms of payment, credit rating, insurance, export control, compliance, ZRG & ZRG+, etc.
- Relationship management with internal functions, e.g. Management, CF, Legal, SFS, Insurance, Taxes etc.
- Provide commercial, financial, and contractual advice for offers.
- Prepare, present & obtain commercial sales/bid process approvals (i.e. BRP) and the respective quality gate.
- Ensure complete and timely handover to the project execution
- Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality). – Mandatory for all positions in Mex, auditable
What You Bring
- University Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or related.
- Professional Experience (1-3 years) in Commercial Project Management or Commercial sales BA
- Technical Knowledge: Desirable CSPM Internal Certification or external certification (e.g. PMI)
- Upper intermediate or Advanced English / Native speaker Spanish
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, communication and leadership, with special attention to details.
About the Team
SE SG commercial tender team is responsible for managing commercial bids across various locations, including the European and American markets with an important level of exposure. Technical bid managers our counter part have good experience in products manufactured in factory and together with them main challenge is to provide profitable and healthy quotations to our internal and external customers.
