A Snapshot of your day
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for Siemens Energy, building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and positioning the company as the leading service provider in the Power Generation and Oil & Gas markets. Your day will involve developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales activities across teams, analyzing customer contracts, and leveraging digital tools to drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Position Siemens Energy as the leading service provider in Power Generation and Oil & Gas markets, focusing on customer satisfaction and market leadership.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and enhance market transparency.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence through effective customer relations at all organizational levels.
- Develop and execute successful sales strategies to achieve sales targets, while analyzing customer contracts and conducting risk assessments.
- Manage sales activities, coordinating with customers, Siemens Energy factories, regional hubs, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Accurately forecast sales and revenues using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) and support digital solutions for rotating equipment and field service mobilization.
What You Bring
- Preferred sales experience in servicing rotating equipment (steam turbines and generators), especially in the oil and gas market.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent technical qualifications.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous, and German is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent commercial understanding, communication, and planning skills, with a confident and adaptable work approach.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in direct customer interaction and effectively driving sales strategies internally and externally.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
