How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Match Customer Demands: Align customer needs with Siemens Energy's portfolio and strategy in your region, identifying promising leads.
  • Explore New Growth Areas: Develop a robust sales funnel and mature opportunities in emerging markets.
  • Collaborate Across Regions: Work closely with colleagues in Hub Europe and Business Areas, consulting guides to qualify leads for bidding.
  • Identify Local Value: Support the creation of suitable business models by identifying local value elements.
  • Build Trustful Relationships: Establish close, trustful relationships with customers and design conceptual solutions to position Siemens Energy early in the decision-making process.
  • Drive Sales Transparency: Capture leads and opportunities in Salesforce, driving their qualification and turning them into high-potential opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of our organizational framework, contributing lessons learned from previous offers and projects.

What You Bring

  • You are agile, fast, and proactive, diving into details and working hands-on.
  • You have mid-term direct experience in the power generation and/or transmission business with a strong sales background, including senior-level customer engagement. Knowledge of the renewable power generation, gas, chemical, petrochemical, or oil industry is advantageous, helping customers drive the energy transition towards a greener future.
  • Demonstrated expertise in emerging Technologies like renewable project, Power-to-X projects or the hydrogen business is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the European energy landscape and industry, with a focus on decarbonization topics.
  • Basic knowledge in process technology and solution business.
  • Competence as a conceptual problem solver, defining tangible concepts and business cases that consider risks and feasibility.
  • Passion for Renewables energy markets.
  • Language Proficiency in Dutch and English.
